Projects are the lifeblood of every project-based organization. This holds especially true in a worldwide technology services and consulting company such as Unisys in which projects form the major source of revenue. Yet, before a project can begin it must be won, and before a project can be won, a proposal must be submitted. This article focusses on creating those winning proposals using an advanced project-oriented proposal methodology based on PMI and CMMI best practices and Unisys 3D-VE techniques.
